Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order minimum is at least $75!
Processing Time
All orders ship from Hollywood, Florida, USA, and are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so that we can help with next steps.
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates* and the United Kingdom. Orders ship by tracked standard international mail (about 1–4 weeks), and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
* Orders to the United Arab Emirates are limited to 4 lb (about 1.8 kg).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and reach out to us so we can help however we can.
