Free Shipping Minimum (US Customers Only)
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order minimum is at least $75!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at william@oldmountaintea.com with photos of the item and packaging so that we can help with next steps.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and reach out to us at william@oldmountaintea.com so we can help however we can.
